“I booked 2 rooms for 4 persons, but i came with 6 persons. First the receptionist asked me to pay 1 extra bed (1 extra bed cost THB 1000). I said ok. But then they said i have to pay 2 extra beds. I tried to negotiate with them to pay only 1 extra bed. They said it’s not possible. Tried to reason with them but it’s like waking up tigers. They became rude and asked me to move to another hotel. After 2 long hours, i asked them to give me the 2 rooms that i booked, and tell them that the other 2 persons will stay in another hotel. But they rejected me and even call the police. They said i cant get the rooms that i booked. At the end, they send me to another hotel. It was a complete disaster and nightmare.”
